Idaho Annual STEM Conference: The Magic of STEM 2026 has ended

This session focuses on helping middle and high school students engage in deeper investigation and evidence-based reasoning. We will examine routines that support modeling, discourse, data use, and the development of increasingly sophisticated explanations aligned with three-dimensional standards. Participants will explore strategies for eliciting student thinking, pressing for evidence, and using formative assessment to strengthen understanding across grade levels.
