About me
Merrie Rampy is an instructional designer at Southern Utah University’s Center for Teaching Innovation and a doctoral student in Educational Psychology and Technology. With over 30 years in STEM education, including leadership roles in curriculum and statewide initiatives, she focuses on identifying and removing systemic barriers in online learning environments. Her work translates research into practical strategies that help educators create rigorous, accessible STEM experiences. Based in the Nampa/Boise area, she is also an indoor climber and advocate for instructional equity.
