This interactive session offers a clear and practical look into Idaho’s STEM and workforce ecosystem, designed specifically for educators, school leaders, and career advisors.Participants will gain an inside perspective on key statewide initiatives including LAUNCH, I STEM, Idaho Science and Engineering Fair, STEM Diploma, teacher externships, and grant opportunities. The session breaks down what each program offers, who it is for, and how educators can get involved without adding overwhelm.
Grounded in real classroom application, this session connects these opportunities directly to instruction, helping educators integrate career connected learning, industry relevance, and workforce awareness into their teaching.
Participants will leave with ready to use resources, clearer pathways for student engagement, and a stronger understanding of how to align classroom experiences with Idaho’s in demand careers. The session will also include time for dialogue, idea sharing, and feedback to shape future programming across the state.
